Can I join in with a rant?
I've just got a flat tyre - and I know how to change it, but I'm under doctors orders not to lift anything!
So I rang my recovery people. But I'm too close to home!  By 0.05 of a mile!
So I've had to start ringing round like a helpless female to get someone to change my tyre for me.  I can see my house from here but I'm sat in a useless car waiting for my only sober friend (perhaps I need to have a group intervention) to turn up to lift the tyre from the boot so I can change it (she doesn't know how!).  |

My friend's OH turned up in full waterproofs!  He got home just as she was getting ready to come out.
And would you believe it it stopped raining just as he arrived!
Then the snow started... There was a centimetre by the time he finished!  |
