I put my actual age on my profile. I understand people varying birthdays by a few weeks or months to avoid being too obvious if they don't want to be found by weirdos on here. But if its more than a year out at any point its just dishonesty and crappy behaviour  |

Lots do ok my first meet was in 2010 the couple were in they mid 50s they still here and still in they mid 50s ever couple off years they leave and come back 55-56 |

We've always had our true age on as why wouldn't you? Don't want interest from people who are not looking within the age range. Tbh age is only a number...we have more experience....and can out the jokers ?? |

Mines right, though it now seems I'm in that "single guy/too old" bracket so it can work against me.
But I'm not sure why anyone would put the wrong DoB when setting up the profile, it's easily spotted by who a person responds, or the things they say if the use the forums. |

Of course my age is real. Anyone who has 'my age is wrong and I can't change it' on their profile is an instant delete. Its obvious at some point they gave tried to get round people's filters/ boundaries... I mean who actually accidentally puts their dob in wrong  |

I remember being messaged by a guy in his fifties. After a week, he revealed he was in his sixties. He was outraged that I no longer wanted to talk to him. Because he lied AND because I just don't want to be with someone in their sixties. "But I'm the same person". Well, no, you're a lying pensioner now.  |

The naïveté on this thread is a bit worrying - people lie about all sorts to get messaging others, to access friends photos, to meet, to fuck. Their age, height, photos, marital status, location, intentions, cock size. Both sexes. |

Why accuse anyone of telling lies when you don't know the person or the circumstances. The first profile I made I clicked the wrong year by mistake and as I thought you could not change it, I deleted the profile and created a new one. The funny thing was even then I got the month wrong but I left that as it shows me two months younger though people tell me I look nearly ten years younger and no I have not been on that TV programme. Yet another case of 'cast the first stone' on fab. And just like the op, I am out. |

Our ages are correct.
We can't see why people lie about their ages.
We have walked out on at least 4 meets with couples who were at least 15 years older then they said they were. |

I never thought of lying about it but the came across a few people who had. It surprised me, I didn’t see the point. I understood they were trying to get round filters.

So common. I can understand protecting being identified and changing it by a year or two at most, with a view - I'm going to be honest about this if we start chatting. Anything more than that is manipulating the truth and other person might not have consented to go ahead if they knew you had that tendency. Also, what other lies are awaiting ahead?
