What is your favourite dish you cook to impress and showcase your culinary skills. Your masterchef kind of dish so to speak. It can be a starter dish, a main or a desert but just the one.

Not gonna lie, my ‘go-to’ is just a basic roast dinner.

I can do some fancy pants food too but essentially I’m just a simple boy and keep it that way, at a push I’ll say a Jambalaya is my fave / tastiest dish when I can be arsed

It's duck with gooseberry sauce. It's a Gordon Ramsey recipe and takes ages to do but really good if you follow the instructions to the letter.

I also made Gordon Ramsey Mac 'n Cheese. Cost me £60 in ingredients because of a £30 truffle. Didn't taste like any other Mac 'n Cheese to be honest.
