“What have you done today to make you feel proud”

Or let’s open it up to the last few days or weeks

So today I have mowed the lawn and got the chain saw out and cut a load of logs ready for the fire place.

Two jobs off the list, where all I would like to have done is nothing.

So not changing the world proud but definitely personally proud

I’m feeling very anxious lately, but managed to go out to costa and have a birthday treat with my partner, so I’m proud of myself for that.
