seeing some of the anti-star wars posts..or general non liking of science fiction

in any media theyve been important to me..

so..

what do people think and why?

a) scifi fans,dreamers- what do u think of the realists?

b)realists, what do u think of scifi/fantasy types?

I generally like scifi.... but never got into star wars....and never had the urge to try watching most of them.

OOps my answwer...

without dreaming beyond whats in front of u, we wouldnt have got far in this technological age..

I find lots of normal things exceptionally boring, some people are too grounded in what has to be in front of them in my opinion

Brighton - even Hove!

I like Star Wars and most Sci-Fi.....I even put 'Jedi' as my religion once but nothing happened.

Have you tried the Stephen King Dark Tower series? A bit westerns and fantasy.

It's a great way to immerse yourself in sci-fi and fantasy. If I hadn't read The Hobbit and The Wizard of Earthsea I might never have read Philip K Dick.

I'm a visual person...dont like listening to music or reading novels I'm afraid..thats why i never compare books to films lol
