A “me” day

Today is going to be a “me” day

Will start with a nice breakfast, walk the dogs, clean the fish pond out, a cuppa or two sat in the garden, maybe watch some cricket, some “nice food” (I will light my fire pit and cook something), and a nice hot bath later. I sense a good day

Do you ever have a day where everything else gets out on hold just so you can recharge and what does that look like?

I often plan those but rarely materialise. Sounds wonderful, enjoy

I could use one!

I had a whole me weekend a few weeks back. It was a lot of fun

My last "me" day was sometime in 2007. It was fun.

I think today will be a "me day". True...I have a dog to walk and it's looking slightly wet. But I have noticed blackberries are out therefore I could pick some. I've also got evening meal to prepare and maybe cook but I enjoy cooking.

Between times I am going to be in the garden doing things I want to do. If it is too wet I have my favourite PC game to play (X-com2).

It's great when you have no commitments on a "not in work day".
