All over

Amongst all the stuff we all have to deal with daily, I like to have a bunch of things to look forward to no matter how small they might be. I look forward to coffee or dinner with family and friends, weekends away, a relaxing holiday in the sun with plenty of g&ts and getting little projects done in the house that need doing. I also enjoy frequent long walks, a bit of gardening and having a bit of fun with the right people too. What stuff do you usually look forward to that brings a bit of 'sunshine' in your life. Lets keep this nice and upbeat please.

That's the way to do it - something bigger to look forward to and then taking pleasure in the little things that make you happy.

I love what I call the “little wins”, my first cuppa or the day watching the sun rise, taking work boots off at the end of the day, also grown all my own vegetables this year

Cooking for people I care about. Planning a route to cycle. Listening to my childrens laughter. Going from researching an idea to execution.

Stuart Broad getting Warner out in Australia's 2nd innings tomorrow. If any other fucker gets him out I hope Broad chins them, and then chins Warner for old times sake.

Waking up alive is a plus.

Coming home and my cat meowing at me saying where you been dirty stop out what time you call this where is my food n drink. Then I hug her

Every room of mine has a music player.. My life be sad without.

Speaking with my friends in USA always good to touch base.

My occasionall voluntary work ambassador for Dementia UK and Oasis Trust where I work in a shop.

Went for a long walk today about 3 miles in total.. Love walking.

Seeing sunset...

Listen to the sea...
