One of our neighbors left a cardboard box out for collection by the binmen on Thursday. They did not take it.
Today, the council sent some litter-pickers along our road, it needed doing, and a damned fine job they made of it.
Unfortunately one bright spark in their team let them down by placing the cardboard box on the wall.
It is a windy day.
End result, the road has as much litter strewn on it now as it did before they came
I know it's not Thursday but I just felt like a moan |

Why didn't you put the cardboard box full of rubbish in the empty wheelie bin after the binmen had been. That's what I do. |
