If able to tie or get someone to tie a piece of cotton tight to the base it'll shrivel and fall off.
I,ve done this to one by my neck and worked for me.
Twisting off or cutting likely won't be good on a eye lid. |

Funny how different areas are... My gp says its cosmetic so have to see someone privately and they wont do it. |
