1. It was my fault, it was a social but work over ran (I let her know), then horrendous traffic, couldn't find parking and she had waited twenty minutes in the cold so she let me know she was leaving (couldn't blame her). We still talk. |

This has happened far too many times to have actually kept count of all the no shows and or the ghosting some women and couples have done.
Ive had 2 no shows just in the past 7 days  .
If I was to choose a number, I'd say about 20-25 no shows in the past 6 years |

Fucking loads so I stopped doing it. I think many like the idea of meeting , get excited, but have a wank and lose interest. I've had a couple of great meets though so if I wanted a private meet I will ask them. |

3. They all came up with some crappy excuse once a date was set. The last guy bailed after chasing me for a dinner date, he suggested the day, he chose & booked the restaurant and then cancelled on the day. Contacted me two weeks later to say he wasn't so busy now, he could meet me. I declined! |

Can only think of one…hotel we were staying at, arranged to meet someone in the bar downstairs…
…got the ‘my niece has been rushed into hospital’ routine even though they were on FAB a lot during the next couple of hours 
We were eating our lunch and having a drink there anyway, so there was no time wasted.

Honestly I don't get it, if you've been chatting on here and had enough connection to arrange a meet, why bail out (if no valid reason).
I love meeting socially, people are fascinating, and the chat, banter, experiences can be hilarious. Met some brilliant people for coffee, a pint, waffle, lunch and even a picnic. Would never dream of bailing out. |

It comes down to insecurity again. People say stuff here which is obviously a lie (I can blow 4000 loads in a row) and think about their answers before they type and the reality of being in front of someone when they have to be themselves scares the shit out of them. Let alone sexy performance!
It's a more extreme version of why people cancel on dates these days. Scared and fearful of awkward rejecting or rejection. But here it's amplified by 'im gonna use my 9 incher to make you cum 20 times!' |

I don’t get this , if anything I do the opposite , keep expectations low ish, at least physically. If someone wants to meet you after chatting , there’s a very high likelihood they want to have sex with you. Unless you’ve lied.
It’s quite said if guys feel like this, and for the women who get let down too. |

Also lost count. Used to be about 3 out of 4 didn't turn up/happen. These days we mostly stick to clubs or those we've met before so not dreamers. Still get let down due to miscommunication etc butused to it now. |

Only had 1 no show, and I knew that days before he was supposed to turn up, even though he messaged on the day to put the time back an hour.
I didn't bother getting out of my pyjamas.
I've had to postpone a few myself due to health problems or family emergencies.

I don't bother arranging anything on here because it's a waste of time.
The site needs a serious update of the verification system and some way to match profile that meet the same want's.
It's easier to meet people at socials. |

There’s a couple of people that I engaged with where it seemed to be on the cards which just fizzled out, mainly through distance or circumstances changing, I think sometimes I put people off after long protracted conversations or may be by being a little too honest 
I’m still friendly with those folks (I think) and who knows? Maybe one day? |
