I've been perusing hot pics and had to do a double take as one looks like it has a googly eye on top of the woman's bum

There is one on my hot list he has one pic on his profile and I can not work out what is going on in the pic. I can see a hand and a dick, but its what he's sticking his dick in I can't work out, it just puzzles the life out of me. |
