Wherever

location wise?

I’m very happy with where I live but one day I will be in my dream home by the sea, at least that’s the goal.

How about you?

Yes and no sort off stay in my home town a grow up in some off my family still stay here convenient for that

I am happy staying here maybe one day I will movie when there’s nothing here for me

And if this life is still a thing

I do sometimes think off just getting away to a place that no one knows me and take this life on fully maybe one’s parents are gone and there’s nothing left here I will if I am still single

But maybe a bit late by that point in time as mum and dad were young real young when I was born so age gap isn’t that big

I live in Hackney. I can pretty much get a bus at anytime to where I need to go. There are great restaurants, bars, cinemas, clubs, kink venues and all sorts of good shit everywhere. A vibrant and diverse range of people. Exposure to so many interesting experiences. Awesome street art. I fookin love Hackney. The down side is living in social housing (very affordable rent tho). If I won big on the lottery I'd definitely buy place in Hackney.

The bowling alley there used to be 24 hours and the bagel place still is.

I feel like a nostalgic visit is due, very soon.

Feeling like I belong? In the part of London that I live yes. I’ve lived in places I’ve felt like I didn’t belong.

I’m hoping to retire somewhere hot.

I'm in my home town, but I would really welcome a change of scenery at some point. It's very comfortable living here, and I'm lucky being near the sea.

Very happy in the country side. Looking forward to doing things to the house and garden next year to make it feel more me. I will happily stay here for as long as I can (it's rented so you never know)

Once my boys are all in their own places I will downsize and be closer to the sea. Possible towards the east neuk of fife.

I like where I live well enough. My family are here, my children's connections are here, near lots of lovely countryside and easy to get to London and the beach etc. However as soon as the kids have flown the nest I'm selling up getting a van and travelling

I've never really had the feeling of belonging to a location.

There's places close to my heart, usually because of the time shared with people I've loved. That's when the roots creep in and take hold for me.

Where I am now. It's more a cave than a home. I've got no complaints. It's pleasant, too many people not enough hedgehogs though.

I am happiest near the woods, the sea or a lake. That's always been the ideal. Whether I get there one day (shrug).

Unhappy because Southampton is a shit hole. To busy, to many twats, to many people, to much traffic, to many sheeple, to many immigrants, to many stabbings. Complete shit pit

I like where I live, and wanted this to be my last move (have moved, on average, every 4 years), but my heart is elsewhere

Is there anything in particular that stops you from relocating? I’ve never been to Southampton but I’m sorry to hear it’s not a good place to live.

Work wise yes. My business is locally linked and can't be uprooted.

Home wise? No. But I need to stay close for access to my son.

About to become a lot more mobile though, so all good.

Not sure if am where I wanted to be but doubt could change now. Don't know many of my neighbours but that could be down to me being a loner and liking to keep myself to myself.

Settled here because got heavily involved in the local kink scene and built up a good network of friends who have helped me carry on.

There is a lot to do in Birmingham if I had more get up and go about me.

No not happy for many reasons.

Would relocate to Cornwall Eastbourne or Wales to last out my remainder of my life.

My job means I can travel where ever I want.

Not happy recently. Something has changed and I just find myself irked a lot with the surroundings. The way people are. For example awful mix of teenagers from a local secondary I pass frequently. Thankfully my kid didn't go there as they make me despair.

Moving just few miles away would solve it. Maybe next year. Until then grinding my teeth and dreaming of being surrounded by my 'sort' of people when I leave the house.

No. I'm back at my parents' house in the (hopefully) short term while I sell a house and buy another that will be. Just me and the dog!

Obviously it's a really easy market right now so I'm expecting it to fly off the shelves and be a really easy purchase.
