Sorry if it's been asked before, how do you access fab outside your home using public WiFi or your phones data ?

I will never forget working in a phone store. This elderly man came in and he must have been in his 70s. He came to the till so meekly, reaching into his jacket, and pulled out a scrap of paper with faded red writing on. It was his birth certificate! He wanted to access 18+ content through his mobile data. He was so red in the face, hands shaking, and whispering his words. He was so shy and embarrassed bless him.
