I wish there was an option on peoples fab profiles to forward you to forums posts (like the green arrow)

There is! Or rather a nifty workaround that I use.

(The green arrow only works if you've already found at least one thread/post by the user)

Use the find in page feature to search their username in the thread instead of scrolling for years.
