Good morning all.
If honest I'm feeling a little sad today. It's the 12th anniversary of my dad's death and I'm missing him a lot.
However, the sun has made an appearance and I'm going to try and be super productive at work.
That is once I actually drag myself out of bed, in to the shower and out the door!
Hope Monday is kind to you all. |

If honest I'm feeling a little sad today. It's the 12th anniversary of my dad's death and I'm missing him a lot.
However, the sun has made an appearance and I'm going to try and be super productive at work.
That is once I actually drag myself out of bed, in to the shower and out the door!

Morning Meli, morning all. Some of you rise with the dawn in a way I stopped doing years ago.
Sounds like you have the right balance, MsWyld. Remember and be sad they're not here, but don't let it stop you living your day as brightly as possible. Not to be sad would be to dishonour their memory - but losing heart would be the same. Missing people is the price of remembering them. I still chat to my late Mum - some people are so much a part of our inner lives that they're never quite gone, I think. |

Thank you, no planning needed though me and the Mr picked my dress a couple of weeks back with the rings, his suit to get and we are all done, just me and him so absolutely zero stress just the way I like it.

I hope you're able to find time for yourself to remember him. And feel sad. I don't think the sadness ever fully leaves us when someone we love dies. We just learn to manage it and carry on.

Good morning all! I worked late on Friday after fucking something up and tried to fix it and was genuinely stressed about it all weekend. It's Monday morning and all seems calm now.
