My mobile provider has changed from virgin to O2. I’m now finding I can only acces fab guys /swingers while on the house Wi-Fi and not when outdoors on Wi-Fi any ideas what I need to do?

Call your provider and ask them to turn off the adult content block

Probably have to ring the provider and ask them to remove filters.

If you don't want to contact your provider you can also use ProtonVPN and connect to the Netherlands. It's a free app.

Has your provider got an app as I downloaded my providers app and proved that I was an adult, as which it was fine. It took less than 5 mins

They should have provided you with various links including one about how to log in to your new O2 account. If you log in there, you can select your preferences including the parental controls.

With o2 you don’t need to call them- just do it through the my o2 app! A lot easier

Same as mine. Took a call to get the lock took off birthdate given ect. But I'd also keep an eye on Your bill. Ours trebled for no reason and had to have it looked j to and adjusted ba k to what it was with virgin.
