Normally get Chinese on Saturday not sure if that counts. Otherwise I don’t ever I always reason money spent on myself could be better spent on my kids or buying something for work ect |

It used to be food but I need to give that up! For me it's time. Going a drive sitting at the beach and just focusing on me, or heading off somewhere with friends or a cheeky vinted bargain |

Or go park up on the hills or moors an watch an listen to life go by an out all my demons an thoughts back into the box of frogs in my mind and let the sole relax. |
