Absolutely. Its totally mad. The guy who played the German officer in Inglrious Bastards is a lead character and is superb again. Jackson is the funniest I have seen in ages. DiCrapio has never been a fav, but he excels in this. I will be going to see it again.

It is a very good film.

Just (in my opinion) a little too long.

Cutting 20 minutes would have helped it a lot.

But still a good film

20 minutes cut from the second half wouldn't have hurt at all...the first 80 minutes of the film is an Oscar worthy cut on it's own !

One of the best films I've EVER seen! The 'flour bag' scene (no spoilers) totally surprised me - I was NOT expecting that!

We watched it a couple of weeks ago and thought it was fantastic. No cuts needed.

That was very very funny. I thought Don Johnson was long dead before he turned up on screen!

This film had the same effect on me as Inglorious Basterds.

Loved them, but they could have both stood without the excesses in violence.

I know you will say 'yeah but that's Tarantino' but imho the shoot out towards the end actually de-values the film as opposed to adding to it.

I love Tarantino films, but as with Inglorious Basterds, this one, right at the very end, just stretches the realms of possibility just a little too far.

Christoph Waltz is simply amazing - absolutely love his acting (he even made 'Carnage' relatively enjoyable).

For me, he takes cool to a whole different level - that of an understated maniac lol

If you want to see his acting and have a perve at Colin Farrell, have a look at Ordinary Decent Criminal, a film from 2000

It is brilliant but I thought the same thing. It has two endings, the second one is unnecessary.

It is the pacing of the film, makes the second ending seem tacked on.

That's why 20 minutes of cuts would have worked better.

Bloody ( excuse the pun lol ) brilliant film !!

Tarantino at his absolute best, the 4 lead characters were excellent.

Christopher Waltz absolutely excelled right from the moment we are introduced to him, i wont say anymore as dont wanna post any spoliers lol !!

Taratino's cameo is pure magic too lol !!!

What a shame Tarantino ruined what would have been a great Western flick..

The occassional overlapping Rap music lends nothing to a Western

.Foxx? faultless...Jackson? over the top and unconvincing...The Bounty Hunter( don't know his name) stole the while film..best actor in the movie..

De Caprio? amatueristic wooden performance..

The tongue in cheek humour also ruined a great storyline.

Reminded me of Roger Moores idiotic take on Bond ...a poor parody of Fleming's hero..miles apart from Connerys believable portrayal...

Tarantinos expected tribute to Hitchcock with

another of his cameo appearances again spoils the film.( Hitch knew he couldnt act).

Lincoln however is a superb movie.

It was that wooden by Di Caprio when he banged his hand on the table it was that hard he cut his hand open but carried on anyway.

He was excellent!

I totally agree. I am by no means a diCrapio fan, but loved him in this. Apparently he accidentally cut his hand in that scene, but Tarantino kept the cameras rolling, I think it looks great and adds menace to the scene, especially when he wipes it on the girl

Good film which could have been great if tarantino had been reined in - was an hour too long and somewhat self-indulgent.
