I'd guess:
- Someone see's a "fitty" driving a car and takes note of their registration.
- They enter the previously noted registration into a website.
- The website says either "This person is a member, send a message" or it says "This person isn't a member, so you can't send a message".

Is it april the 1st and ive been asleep. Lol. Doing this whilst driving will only get you 6 points and a hefty fine. |

There are probably ways of bringing your car to a halt safety which might make this less risky? |
