My nan’s spare room.

What have you had for breakfast.

I don’t normally have breakfast at all but I confess that this morning I did actually really not even literally but really finish of last nights pizza for breakfast.

For the record there was no pineapple on it.

Wherever

I’m usually fasting till 10pm so I’ll have eggs and avocado later.

And coffee.

With double cream.

Absolutely nothing today. I'm going to have some more sparkling water shortly. With all the crushed ice.

Nothing so far but I need to as not eating breakfast isn't helping with my weightloss mission.

Possibly a fat free yoghurt and some fruit soon

The Town by The Cross

I had a large piece of fish and some peas.

It might sound unusual but since I retired I have control of what I eat and when and I don't conform to things like what is for breakfast etc...

I have my MAIN meal at breakfast and a light meal and a snack before bed if i'm hungry.

I seldom want to eat in the day as i'm most times full from a decent breakfast and not some shite like a belvita biscuit.

All over

Quick and simple, couple of wheetabix and a slice of brown toast. I am having brunch with friends tomorrow and that is usually enough for a week

Next Door

A cup of tea and a banana, within 30 mins of waking. I then have porridge, Greek yoghurt and mixed berries around 9ish.

Coffee. And that'll be followed by a second cup, at which point I may start functioning properly.

I rarely do breakfast but this morning, I'm really not hungry after having an Indian for two last night.
