No, I didn’t.

Didn’t appreciate her performances and the interviews with her that I heard didn’t endear her to me

lol I agree . A bit controversial. Plenty of other better singers and preformers that are better.

No she’s a glorified crackhead. The only difference between her an a regular one is she didn’t have to steal to feed her addiction.

Sad that a young woman with massive talent passed so young but in this context, plenty better singers have passed that are waaaaay more memorable than any IMO

I quite liked her recorded singing voice, I've never seen any live performances where she was sober enough to sing in tune. I also didn't like the personality and the behaviour we were shown from her, but obviously that is only what we were shown.

She had a wasted life. Its a real shame, she could have gone on to make amazing music.

Personally didn't like her and didn't like her voice. But, what she became and a waste of such youth is sad and tragic. Pretty girl thst threw it all away form an addiction that ended her young life. That's the sad bit

Very sad , such a talent. And as with many it wasn’t a surprise watching management and media slowly kill her. She made it clear she didn’t want or like fame or media attention, just wanted to make music and be left alone.

I love Amy. She was dark, flawed and self destructive. She publicly battled with her own demons and was hounded by the press because of it.I think "Back to Black" is an incredible album and I relate a few of the tracks on it.

Amy was a symbol for the broken people, those that suffered addiction whether is be drink, d7ug5, fukbois, or consistently making the wrong decision. She also serves well as a cautionary tale. I'm sure many of you on here will disagree with me. I made a thread on here a long time ago about inspirational women and put Amy down in my top 3. Got a fair bit of vitriol in response.

I think either you get her or you don't.

She was failed by a system. So talented and such a waste of a life. But addiction is an illness that not everyone can conquer.

I think she’s an inspiration, my girls all love her music , along with Taylor swift, a very different kind of inspiration.

I bought one of them the Blake Wood photo collection, it’s show a very different side to her , playful and sensitive , just a normal girl.

That's sweet. Not your typical female role model but she had something about her. Maybe a bit of pluck. Thanks for sharing x

I personally wasn’t a fan of her music, although she was a very talented woman.

She was very generous with charity work and often helped people who were struggling out.

She had her demons and paid the ultimate price which is very sad.

She could dig deep and find that style of music she liked which for her age did make her a wonderful singer she did have real talent and had already secured her place in the music Industry and the halls of fame.. sadly she had a pig of a boyfriend who for guidance could not even guide himself except towards Amy`s stardom and fame and money everything else that happened made it a bigger tragedy.. RIP Amy..

I was never a fan and thought she was overrated and then the obvious physical changes in her as a result from a mix of drugs and relationships took their toll, sadly.

Not really. Her songs are better when covered by others. Much like that tosser Ed Sheeran.
