Hmmm I’ve clearly got too much time on my hands today because I’ve been pondering this for a while - if you swap out the roast potatoes for roasted veggies then we can add in the potatoes and everyone’s happy!  |

The roast dinner is: beef, roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, sprouts, peas, mashed swede,Yorkshire pud gravy and horseradish sauce.
So actually, I don't need to put anything 'on it'
