Serious question.
But I’ve heard everything in here, and I’m thinking, odds are they’ll be someone that actual doesn’t like sex.
And can someone change their mind? |

"Indifferent to it. Don't know if thst counts "
Serious question and not being rude because can’t tell if you’re serious, but is it like grey sexuality or I don’t know what it’s called but not quite asexuality? |

More of an offshoot of demisexual I guess.
I don't absolutely crave or lust after the next fuck, and flirting aside it's got to be with somebody I mesh with well. With only one person I've had even close to what I'd call mind blowing sex. |

Asexual means having no interest in sex, could be a lack of physical or mental response. It’s not a dislike but a non response to it. |

That’s super interesting thanks man. I have seen a few demisexual profiles on here and quite a bit more on the apps and admittedly I’ve not looked it up. |

Indeed. Though for me it's a cross over of a few I think. I definitely have a response to it but it's different to most.
I don't live for it nor do I despise it. I get enjoyment from some sex |

Denisexual people I know do crave and lust it, it’s just secondary attraction, it doesn’t work on here at all. Have you tried proper dating non-exlusive. I went on 9 dates and went from she’s okay to climbing the walls wanting her |

Oh I understand this completely. Well bar the mind blowing sex thing.
I love sex don't get me wrong. Adore it. But that's only if there's someone who is inspiring that desire in me. I need to have that level of friendship with someone to want to have sexual intimacy with them - it can take a while to form and equally, rather irritatingly, that sexual desire for a person can fade if there's not that level of friendship I need to keep it ignited. |

I do go through periods where I am off it completely. I don't even masterbate
Then I come out if it and can get stupid horny
That's what's great about enm it's much easier to pick it up then out it down as they will also have alternatives. |

Not all demisexuals fit the "perfect" definition of demisexual. Most tend to link it to needing a romantic connection, I don't want nor need romantic to desire sex.
My own position on the demisexual spectrum works perfectly fine on here. I am attracted to people, I am aroused by them. But my desire for sex with them rises and falls based upon how well I feel we get on. More than just "good personality" but definitely not kindred spirits.
And that desire for the person can make sex be just something that people do or I just need it.
As I said above, the overlaps between all the different types of Sexuality and interest tend to become a unique and personal amalgamation that simple can't be explained. So indifferent is the closest I can come up with to explain if I like sex or dislike it.
Sex itself I'm indifferent to. Sex with whom, that changes everything. |

This actually describes me perfectly, I've never heard of dimsexual though.
I can be attracted to people but that I want sex with them doesn't happen for me, not until I know them and have some connection, I've never looked at a man or woman and thought yeah I want to rip their clothes off, that comes much further down the line.
