I've struggled with it for many years but at the moment it's really bad and i spend hours and hours wide awake at night. Last night hubbys car alarm went off and he had his bedside light on trying to sort it out, i'd only just gone to sleep but then was awake again for ages.
I'm on high doses of steriods at the moment so that's not helping either |

Poor sleep makes me extremely moody...
I get the best nights sleep after I've been to yoga, we do meditation as well. I make myself go even if I'm already knackered because I know how much it helps me. |

On and off since middle school. Rarely get a full night's unbroken sleep but some nights/ weeks are worse than others in terms of how long it takes to get to sleep and how often I'll wake up etc. Mostly I've learnt to survive on what sleep I do get and occasionally have naps on weekends to catch up a bit. |

"Embrace the horror of sleep deprivation, push yourself to the limit with coffee, energy drinks and eventually you will either collapse in a heap or go insane."
There is a theory - minus the coffee and energy drinks - that if you don't sleep until your body makes you, you might break the cycle. |

I (mr) suffer with this.
Go to bed at 9 - 10pm, and i'm awake at midnight. Cannot get back to sleep.
Had it for years, just the norm now.
Once or twice a year it's refreshing to wake up at 7am and hugging the pillow knowing I got a good nights sleep. |

I've suffered insomnia for years. Most of my messages on Fab are written late at night (today is the exception).
I usually don't get to sleep until around 4am, sometimes not at all, but keel over in the afternoon. |

Not sure I have insomnia, but lots of issues with sleep, usually I get around 2 hours a night, but can go nights without sleeping at all …. Yes…. It’s crap….. and as I’ve got older, I find I am now feeling more and more tired |

I tend to not sleep very well at the best of times, but especially recently it's been horrible
