Yes I am on o2 and it will not let me unless I give credit card detales to prove I am over 18 . But I toke out the contract so they know how old I am and I don't have a credit card  |

With O2 you have to opt in to adult content. You are opted out by default. It will charge your credit card £1 but you get that added to your account balance. |
