I like to train and I workout 3 times a week doing a full body workout, what kind of workout do you do?
I dont only do weights. I of course do a lot of cardio as well, about 110min a day, with a mix of walking and cycling and then also yoga. I like to be active |

I swim 50-60 lengths 2/3 times a week, play tennis twice a week and go to zumba once a week. Then whatever extra I feel like doing on the weekend which isn't often much! |

Sunday - Chill
Stop bragging. It's make love twice a week "
It's that attitude that won't see you make the gains. |

I'll train between 4 to 6 times week. I go the gym for weight and cardio.
Ride my horse. And a bit of boxing training like bags and pads.
Plus always get between 15 to 20 thousand steps in a day. |

You wish! "
Is this the Craig David training plan?
I vary wildly. I’ll go 3 or 4 times in one week then spend the next bed lying in or soaking in the bath. |

At the moment it’s mainly cardio for me, a mix of swimming, sprint 8 on gym equipment (cycles, treadmill, steppers), rower machines etc with a bit of strength training on the various machines thrown in each time ( keep up a good mix of leg/arms/core ).
I aim for at least 3 sessions a week but depends on work. Sometimes it’s more, occasionally it’s less.
It works wonders for my emotional and mental health |

I did a 20 minute workout Saturday.
I did it again yesterday.
Not sure how many times I did stuff at school. But if I could wor it out I would need to work out the average over 45 years of my life .....it's going to be something like 0000000000000000000000000000.1 times a week. |

I tried... 6 weeks, 3 times a week. Felt good but it's so inconvenient. If you can't do a lunchtime. 40 minute workout turns into 1.5 hours in a crowded gym.
I'm a hard gainer too which is a bit of a turn off... |

At least 5 , sometimes 6 or 7 times a week. I'm having a lazy phase where I just do a short light weight workout like legs, bums, tums or circuits. I've lost my motivation for big beasty weights but I'd like to get that back. Hate cardio, don't do it |

You gotta make it all work for you, not against you.
At the boxing there’s lots of singles so arriving early and socialising and a drink after is social rather than dead time. Gym kit goes on after morning shower on training days. The walk is the warm up. The gym shower and post workout food/drinks facilities saves time and money.
You are in control to fully design your workouts to work |

Just getting back into it so 4 to 5 days a week.
A mix of cardio and weights in each session. I don't enjoy it but I love the feeling I get when I've done it and the benefits I'm seeing. |

4 gym sessions a week (Oly stuff and push/pull x2, with quads on push days and hammies on pull), and a game of 5-a-side on a 5th day.
I try to get some cardio in on the other days, but I hate it so it's easily avoided! |

I walk at least 10km each day, usually at a decent pace on a small treadmill, spread over a 2-3 sessions per day.
I work at home most of the time, sat at a desk, so I like to make sure I am active every day. Current average for the year so far os 12k steps per day.
The positive is that people have noticed I am in better shape. |

Today was another cardio blast (every session factors heavily with cardio for me) followed by arms and shoulders. Hate shoulder presses, they’re my biggest weakness but that’s why they need the most work.
Back for an early morning swim tomorrow, 1km breaststroke
Nearly under the next stone , gotta keep it up |
