Not at all! Some profiles can be a bit over the top either their list of requirements but we prefer a profile that says what they do and don’t want in a potential meet.
Makes it a lot easier for all involved! The vast majority of messages we get are from people that clearly haven’t read our profile or what we’re looking for though

You could have a profile that said not replying to messages and still get messages, those who want to read it will and those who don't won't, it'll never change I'm afraid.

Have your own preferences is perfect fine
Some will read some will not
Best corse if your getting to meny that don’t read throw up the filters and do your own hunting |

I have to disagree with the OP. I don't like referring to fab as a hookup site. Yes its here to allow meeting of likeminded people but not only for sex. We are very social and enjoy the discussion of sex as much as the act. But we don't want to fuck everyone we chat to, happy to have a chat and talk openly.

As long as you're open and honest with who and what you want then you can be as picky or selective as you like.
I'd be surprised if anyone reads my profile, intact the amount of people I message with and they are then surprised I'm Irish is staggering!
Imagine some of the ones looking for a quick hook up see my pictures that I'm not a gym freak/hung like a horse or want a social first and move on. Is what it is. |

No it isn't picky. It narrows the pool down significantly, but it isn't a bad thing.
I narrowed my pool down when I chose not to meet single blokes. I guess I could be having the time of my life every day, twice a day. But it isn't for me. That doesn't make it bad. It just turns my ocean into a drained paddling pool  |
