Kids nowadays have a whole new digital world where they can learn things from. But what have you learnt from children? Funny ones welcome too.
.
We've learnt that all seagulls come from Scotland and that blue teslas are a "legendary" colour - whites ones are common and meh. Porsche and ferrari are 'freaking cool' and boobs are the best thing about mummy (true kids, true)

That the fastest way to stop a child liking a particular food that they claim to love is to buy it in the next food shop. They will then leave it until it goes mouldy and decide they don’t like it anymore |

"Never to leave my bank card details stored on their PS5
Oh yeah this "
This also goes for mobile phones - if you pay for a co tract make sure their is a cap on how much "extra" can be added to the bill |

My eldest started his own business at 15. He's taught us all to follow our dreams, no matter how big they are and to keep going.
He's doing amazing things.
My middle son has taught me about resilience and strength, he's overcome so much and he's incredible.
My youngest son has taught me the importance of following your own path. Playing your own tune and being unapologetically yourself.
I'm so proud of them all. |

My elder one has taught me to be even more compassionate and understanding. She's neurodiverse and it's been a huge learning curve. My younger one reminds me to have fun. Spending time with her keeps me young. Although she keeps telling me I'm old! |

"I learnt from my daughter that vegetarians might like meat - they just need to try it "
Technically she is not wrong! Lots of vegetarians do actually like meat, they just don't agree with the method or that it's not worth the loss of a life, regardless of whom the life is.
They still love meat though! (some, not all vegi people) |

I've learned that "these streets are hard" is a valid reason to take all of your plastic weapons out with you.
That if you're losing a game just claim that the other person is "a hacker/hacking"
Not to be fooled by thinking a child is too young to do something.
