Trying to get a text code for an upgrade and I’m not receiving it.

Has anyone else had trouble?

Sometimes it can take a while to come through. Try putting your phone on airplane mode and then put it back to normal. Sometimes a signal drop can cause texts to get a bit stuck.

We have to do this all the time cos our village is shocking for signal.

yes I did two £5 update this morning, i got a code fore the first text but not the second. im hope it will still arrive, but look like im paying £10 instead of £5. not the first time this has happened. making me wonder if it built into the system.
