Context, irony, banter, chat. Why is everything taken so literally.
A flow of conversations or heated debate and coming away still friends with out being offended. |

If every thread I enter hasn't offended me to the point that I smash my flat up... I get offended and smash my car up instead.
Car and flat are currently equally dilapidated |

I am wary of becoming friends with anyone who can't have a disagreement without holding a grudge.
Or insists that how they received something is the same as how it was said.
Or requires me to agree with them and won't let it go.
That's the value of irony, sarcasm, satire, banter etc. It filters those people out and it's amusing. |

Those are the best friends.. I couldn't be friends with anyone that didn't take the piss that's just my nature...
Or anyone that holds a narrow one dimensional view of the world and can't listen to a different viewpoint |
