One of my guilty pleasures used to be watching some of the worst action movies staring this "Legend"

Typically his films had a 3 word title such as...

Hard to kill

Out for jusice

Above the law

Half past dead

You get the idea. What would be your "Seagal" Fab user name?

Are you a "man for fun" or a "ride me hard" Seagal fabber?

Let's get creative here!!!

I think it's all about using your opponents weight and strength against them.

I don't think it's intended for offence, and is more focused on reaction rather than action.

It's a legitimate martial art and getting to 7th Dan takes years and years of dedication.

Thought this might amuse the OP and maybe some readers...

I've worked in the music industry on and off all my adult life and I had the experience of working on one of Seagal's music tours. He is, to be fair, a pretty talented guitarist.

However, when arriving to start the tour we were instructed by his manager that if we had to introduce Mr Seagal to anyone (occasionally happens out on the road) we MUST introduce him as "Actor, Musician and Philosopher Steven Seagal"

No, I never had to say it.... phew!

Absolutely love the Bullshido. Apparently the examiner for his Akido / Bullshido examination was so bored he fell asleep and gave him the award by accident. I do love watching the waddle and stunt doubles for difficult things like walking up stairs, walking along corridors and obviously the obligatory brothel and poor young women that he gropes!
