I am thinking of having one next month to get rid of so much stuff that don't need and gathering dust. Is it all legal to have one and has anybody done one and what is the best way to attract punters? Also, how do you know how much to ask? |

Perfectly legal as long as it all stays on your property.Local Facebook groups are a god advertising starting point,but be aware you might end up attracting dealers posing as private buyers.Electrical stuff can only be sold "as seen",no claims as to working condition,unless you get a PAT test certificate for each item.As for pricing that's a tough one. |

Thanks for this. I thought looking up on ebay for similar staff and perhaps halving the price as a minimum though I probably have to go even lower than that as people want real bargains these days. |
