Are you regular with good deeds/random acts of kindness?

I haven't for a while, so today when I'm out I will go out of my way to do something.

One that stuck with me was when I was having a Christmas dinner with my children in a local cafe, I saw a elderly lady eating a Christmas dinner alone (in December not actually Christmas day) I dunno why but watching her eat a festive meal alone really pulled at my heartstrings. When I paid for mine I also paid for hers and left without saying anything. I can see the cafe from my living room window, about 10 minutes later I saw her rush out looking up and down the street, looking for me I think, obviously she didn't see me, then she looked up to the sky and said something and went along on her way. Hope she wasn't cursing me for interfering

If you can do something kind today please do

Are any good deeds truly selfless?

I don't think so. I always feel good if I've done a good deed. I sometimes feel even better if I've done a bad one...
