The Head of Health in Hong Kong which is the former English colony has urged Hong Kong citizens to stare at people smoking in public to deter them if they light up in public areas. That will show them. Should the UK adopt a similar scheme and what activities should the English stare at. It's all over the news |

Do we start staring at all the other things causing health issues too?
It wouldn't put me off smoking it would probably encourage me to be a prick back to the person staring at me.
Unless I'm blowing it in their face they can piss off.
