Diazepam, Naproxen and Tramadol. Once you're mobile again try not to rest it too much, keep active (I don't mean doing anything silly like lifting stuff or mountain climbing). |

Go see your GP and firstly confirm it's a slipped disc .. they'll refer you to a consultant and you'll probably have an MRI scan to gauge the damage it's doing to your sciatic nerve and then recommend treatment .. which will either be physio or surgery.
If you're experiencing loss of feeling in your legs, feet or anywhere else . then thats a clear sign that it's pushing against your nerve. The longer you leave it .. the more damage it does !
your GP will also know which painkillers and anti inflammatory tablets you should take
