It is the term given to opening a car door when sitting inside the car, with the arm furthest away from the door. You will naturally twist your body, to look to see if it is safe to open the door. |

Police involvement kinda made me think, I need to be more scarce with details haha. Pretty sure it will be classed as a hit and run.
I was 50/50 about what to do, but an inbox suggested that if they did this to me, what else and who else are they doing what appeared to be 'normal' to them. |
