Lol, I lnow but actually in proportion to earnings it's not easy to do the same these days and buy rounds as we all used to etc when a g&t costs well over a tenner these days |

It's not that expensive round here but Hastings has a high level of poverty and low wage earners. |

I worked in a town centre bar while doing my A levels, it was 68p for a pint of Hieniken and 74p for Stella. The bitter and light and dark ale were around the 50p mark. Boddingtons was the dearest ale at 64p.
