I don't think I've ever cut potatoes out of a healthy eating plan! Dice them into small cubes, season, add some garlic powder and oregano and a bit of diced chorizo and stick them in the air fryer. Great side dish for breakfast or lunch, chorizo oil emulsifies the cubes to make them crunchy and the excess drips away

It’s not a problem for me, the only foods I ever exclude from my diet are one I dislike

As long as you are using moderation, you don't need to exclude anything really

It depends on whether it's for health reasons or purely weight loss.

For weight loss I'd never exclude but I would cut down. I find if you cut , you'll get cravings which can lead to binging.

Em x

I should have been more specific…miss mash, chips. Boiled…..with butter on.

Ah ok the spuds are a bugger for diabetes. Hopefully when you get your weight where you need it you'll be able to have them in moderation

I switched to pop corn for my munchies. I will just hoover up choccy hobnobs, midget gems, crisps etc. Whatever unhealthy stuff will invariably gone in one sitting without me even noticing.

I put a bit of honey over them for sweetness. Yumsk. Popcorn's gotta be healthier than the biscuits, right?
