What’s your weekday breakfast?

Is a fry up just for weekends?

I am just having those Belvita snacks, other brands are available, as I seem to be doing more and more work miles and rather the extra time in bed

I'm quite partial to some pancakes and strawberries at the moment, or fruit and Greek yoghurt.

I’m odd but you asked…

Winter work day is porridge without fail..

Summer work day is either crunchy nut, coco pops or muesli of some type…

Non work days I love poached duck eggs on toast…

You did ask!!

I do quite like a “spoons” breakfast, cheap and passable but don’t know if I’m in awe or slightly shocked by people drinking a pint and a chaser at 8 in the morning!!

So for shift workers do you…

Eat breakfast at dinner and dinner at breakfast.

Before you do a night shift and if you have family do you join them for dinner and breakfast when you get back in before you go to bed?

So many questions

Please don't eat the Belvita...... Look at the ingredients you may as well have biscuits....

I eat as I feel ..... one of the joys of not being in charge of my own schedule.

Breakfast rangers from nothing, to avacado , or mushrooms, or tomatoes on toast or porridge if I feel like it.

Today I had fried vegan sausages, fried tomato and Vegg ( vegan egg ) on toast and coffee.....

If it's weight you want off then eat a high protein breakfast and not a fruit and milk one ..... honest

To help you some have breakfast food first before they go to work then dinner food when they get back.

In my case though I have dinner food first and then either more dinnerfood or some cooked breakfast food like bacon. Square so on, when I get home afterwork
