Should I go to sleep or not?

I have a flight at 6:40 in the morning and have to leave my house at 3am so not sure if it's worth going to sleep because I may wake up more tired

I would Just have a nap on the cooch for a few hours rather than going to bed it’s easier to get up from as can’t get as comfortable
