Loneliness is such a complicated state of mind. I am sorry you feel that at the moment. You may be alone or just feel as if you are. Different approaches needed to address it but whatever it is always best to share as people will understand and appreciate how you feel. Most people will have felt it at some point themselves. Talk here or to family and friends, if that is possible, or talk to the many organisations out there that offer help. Little steps you yake can make a huge difference as I am sure many others on here will tell you that have experienced similar |
