All three for me please but the dark can't be any higher than 70% cocoa.

Love Lindt but Hotel Chocolat is my absolute fave ... hint, hint to Badboy

Not all dark chocolate is bitter, it depends on the cocoa content and also the country of origin...

Columbian Luker Santander 85% is probably as bitter as it gets, an acquired taste indeed.

I have a special place in my arteries for chocolate but not white chocolate. It's too sweet and has a very cloying mouth-feel.

Salty chocolate has become a bit of an addiction.
