Feeling very pleased today so May as well brag here as everywhere else.

Was my first parkrun today following running a half marathon 3 weekends ago, and only my 3rd run so exceptionally to have knocked another 39 seconds of my personal best

Well done fella, quite an achievement! Keep it up!

I did one this morning too, but I’m about 5 mins off my PB at present after having a knee injury and losing some fitness. So no bragging from me sadly

Only just saw this now.

Getting up and out for a run at 9am on a Saturday I’d always worth a brag, unless it’s only because her husband came home early

Struggle with attending a park run due to generally working on a Saturday.

But just come back from a 7k run in just under 40 minutes.
