There was a guy who used to frequent the Lodge in Gloucester before it closed who had three.

It was truly an amazing sight and a great 'in' for him to get into conversations with women.

One testicle can naturally be larger than the other. It could also be a hydocele, which is a collection of fluid around the testicle. It isn't at all serious and is left untreated unless it gets to a very large size. This would be confirmed by an ultrasound, so a trip to your GP or GUM clinic is required. Another option is the big C, so if it has changed in size at any point, it's essential to get it checked out.
