I have an ampallang (horizontal piercing through the glans) that's quite good for sensitive pleasure. Or the apradavya which is like an Ampallang but enters the glans at the top and exits at bottom vertically. Either are good. Used to be a piercer so happy to help with any questions you might have. |

Both of those are same tbh. It's not really the piercing but the healing that would be a pain so to speak. The needle enters and exits very quickly but the fitting of the jewellery through the tube can be a bit uncomfortable. As you are uncut pressure from your foreskin could make the bar heal out of line though. When I healed mine I held my foreskin back with a hair bobble till it healed which solved the issue.
Another one that can be quite good is the frenum piercing, have a small bar inserted through the Web that holds your foreskin to your glans (your banjo string). This can feel quite nice as it rubs on your glans during sex. |

Find a reputable local piercers in the area and go talk to them. Any piercer worth having the work done with will check your cock and can advise on what is more suitable for your unique anatomy.
Healing time will depend if it is a surface piercing like a frenum or a deep piercing that goes though the head.
You're going to need a condom for at least 3-6 months due to your healing discharge. Keep all sex very controlled till you can definitely handle it. Any deep piercing can take upwards of 12 months to get properly comfortable (good yard-stick is you can roll the condom on without any discomfort at all).
Lots of soaking in slightly salted warm water to clean, use epson salts as well to aid healing, sudocrem is really helpful too, and don't do activities that can stress the openings.
If you get a PA (prince albert) kiss goodbye to ever standing up again to take a piss and it will keep getting looser as the urethra stretches permanantly. It's like white transit van of cock piercings. Don't do it. |
