In a way lots of things, but also nothing.
People just like things. Same as how I like things that may seem unconventional to others, and I can see at times why they don't.

Gym social media influencers. Some are very genuine and have very good advice. Others are pumped up on all sorts, claim to be natural, provide advice on technique that's dangerous and can't grasp that their perfect life to diet and exercise doesn't apply to everyone |

Ant and Dec sat and chatted with my friends elderly mother in Central Station in Newcastle. She was alone and unsure of which platform she needed to be on. They chatted with her, made sure she got into her platform and stayed with her till she got in her train.
She never even knew who they were till she was at home with her daughter watching the telly and saw then both on one of their television shows.
