"Why is tonight so bad?
Never said it was. Just asking?"
Worse in what way then?
Also, how can anyone know if tomorrow is worse unless they time travel.

"Clearly you weren’t there when the “clique naming” thread happened?
(My apologies, that was actually the BEST night of Fab ever!)

You know what, that's just ridiculous.
This fabled "clique" is entirely in the eye of the beholder. You think A, B and C are in it. C thinks Z, Y and X are in it. A thinks C, X and Z are in it.
Seriously. There are groups of people who gravitate to each other because they know what they're going to get when they interact, because they're friends, because they talk. And there are several of those.
There are groups of people who have different morals to others about sharing information and pictures in group or private chats.
And there are people who happen to be online at about the same time as each other every day, or happen to agree with each other on the same kind of threads.
The word clique is used to exclude people. To make people think that there is some kind of secret society that rules the forum. That's crap. Admin and the mods are the only ones who actually have any power here.
The mentality of crying "clique" and ganging together against "the clique" just perpetuates separation and exclusivity. Maybe instead of doing that just don’t act that way. Don't cry clique at everything that upsets you, just interact with people in a pleasant way. |

Not going to disagree with you as I want to snog ya!
I think you’re right now, for sure.
But when I first joined around 2014 or so there was a definite central group, and should you dare disagree or upset them, then they’d call in the hounds offline or behind the scenes somewhere to rip you to shreds as a pack.
I saw many, many an UNLOS happen as a result. Thank gawd that doesn’t happen any more now!

There was for a long time Dan, but I don't see it now.
I see people who have known (or forum known) each other a long time. And the "back in the good old days" musings have an air of "we were here first". But that happens with people who have been here a month, a year, a decade. Anyone who feels part of the furniture.
But clique, now? I don't think so. I just see groups. Ever changing ones. That change with the wind.
And yes. I do |

Also people think that there are cliques when they see the same regular names in the forum talking to each other/posting.. but then other people don’t join in, so it makes sense for the same people to be on here talking and that gets perceived as a the clique |
