I took them for quite a while (amongst other supplements) and noticed no difference in anything.
Depends if you've got a deficiency I guess?
So cheap it's not bad to try yourself... |

Currently I'm taking Wellman Gummies for my broad spectrum multivitamin intake.
However, the Zinc and Iron quantities in the aforementioned are quite low and therefore I've started taking Iron supplements and also Zinc (with Copper) supplements.
Are they any good? I'm not sure what you're asking...but my energy levels are much improved and I'm less lethargic.
I suppose if and when called for I could (potentially) fuck like a rabbit. But that remains to be seen (or felt). |

Deficiency is more likely in poorer countries and affecting children and the elderly, due to conditions there and their needs. Here, the majority of supplemented vitamins, minerals etc are pissed away, as unnecessary for the buyer.
You may get the placebo effect. |

I used to take them when lifting heavy around 5 years ago. Zinc or ZMA, before bed after training. Definitely works , without a doubt it does what it’s meant to which is induce deep sleep to increase T generation |

"With a good diet there's no need to be taking anything "
My GP & Nutritionist would disagree with that , two of the many people now recommending 1000mg Vit C every single day. Pretty hard to get that level from fruit without obscene amounts of sugar |

I have vit c tab once a day now especially as i don't drink for juice because in the amount of sugar plus it's a way to forceme to drink more water.
I knew someone that took zinc specifically because he felt it made him produce more cum loads which his mrs loved. I read after that zince can increase sperm count but unsure if it make for a larger load |
