I’m sure all you culinary magicians out there in fab land have favourites and recommendations so I thought I’d seek them out.
I’ve been using a scoville neverstick shallow casserole type pan for almost everything lately after stumbling on it in a bargain middle isle impulse purchase and I’m teetering on the edge of investing in the whole range.
Would you/ have you subscribed to this brand?

"Nope. I’m loyal to a mixture of Le Creuset and Netherton Foundry gear. (Although I’d allow some pieces from Staub a place in my kitchen, if I could afford them.)"
Had a quick look, Staub look like a great product but you’re right about them being expensive.
Doubt I’ll find those on the middle isle!
Thank you for the input |

I really love this one pan I have too.
Great all rounders I think.
Just wanted to see if others agreed before I commit
"
Definitely worth it make sure you season them all before use |

Do you threaten to push them off the edge if they don't hand over their hats? "
The turtles under the earth will save them. I think |

Yep I've got the pans and baking trays after discovering them on sale in Asda.
I've been converted.

It is an oblate spheroid. It's still got a top and a bottom though. You should know this from having to use grappling hooks to hold onto the ground when you lived down there. |

I've seen Scoville before.
I thought I'd check my pots and pans for you associate - I'm another Le Creuset user and also Circulon. I can't remember what you actually asked but I think if you like it, go crazy. That's my helpful advice, no need to thank me. |

It is. But the cookware brand is French, and named after its founder. Monsieur Dust."

Which brand were they?

"I'm loyal to Le Creuset
I’ve been looking at Le Creuset after an earlier recommendation here.
Must be good for you to declare your loyalty."
Fortunately I got them in the divorce
They're heavy, but I constantly abuse the fuck out of them and you can barely tell they're used at all. |

Thank you velvet voice |

According to the website:
"Handles/knobs may become hot in use. Please exercise caution when handling cookware to and from the cooker and use oven gloves when necessary"
So Sam in order not to have tender bits glove up and practice safe sautéing.

You’d get along very nicely with Henriette and her metal stirring in my new fucking pan fetish |

"We've got Salter non stick ones. Pretty new, but so far, so good.
A new contender enters the fray.
Thanks for the input Mrs KC.
Pass on our regards to Mr KC "
Mr KC is good at input
Consider your regards to be chopped and lightly sautéed in butter, for Mr KC's delectation |
