I used to have the M&S ones from time to time but the stopped doing them now. Usually a prawn sandwich or a chicken wrap with orange juice and a flapjack. Now that the hot drink is an option in many outlets, usually have a coffee. |

Sainsburys is closest to my office so another vote for bacon brie and chili jam,a large bottle of water and ready salted crisps. I add the crisps to the sandwich |
